Promoting Racial Equity and Youth Development for Opportunity Youth: Addressing Structural Racism, Responding to COVID 19, Social Justice Uprising and Developing Creative Regional Systemic Racial Equity Solutions for Los Angeles County
CSU5 Reconnecting Los Angeles Youth (ReLAY) Institute presents a panel sharing strategies on how the CSU5 is working to align current efforts on all five campuses focused on racial equity and social justice with the intent of complimentary motions of the L.A. County Board of Supervisors, L.A. City Council, and other elected bodies, which aim to prevent, reduce, and eliminate racial inequities and increase educational, workforce, health, and housing outcomes for opportunity youth.
