Cultivating Connections: Using Virtual Environments to Encourage Program Growth & Connectivity

Pivoting virtually doesn’t have to slow your programs down. Through harnessing the right platforms, your programs can grow and thrive. This presentation will examine Baylor’s Go Gold! Discount program partnership and how the program pivoted and grew in a virtual environment during COVID-19. Included will be information about partner retention, partner support, and state of the program now that Texas has reopened, along with campus and how to implement digital strategies to work for you.
