Presented by Rutgers University and Towson University
In this moderated discussion, we invited Dr. Timothy Eatman and Dr. Melanie Perreault to discuss the ways in which the academic mission of institutions can support and reinforce economic inclusion efforts at institutions. This session was inspired by the catalyst paper Full Participation: Building the Architecture for Diversity and Community Engagement in Higher Education (Sturm, Eatman, Saltmarsh & Bush, 2011) wherein authors present a conceptual framework for connecting change efforts across different areas of universities.
