Indiana University has been tracking who is doing what, where, with whom, and for what purpose for over a decade. This webinar will focus on lessons learned, what has catalyzed changes over time, and what is necessary to build campus-wide capacity to measure impact and better utilize the data for informed decision-making. The presenter, Kristin Norris, will share how her position at IUPUI and now across the IU system has evolved and how community engagement data is (or is not) valued at the institution. Attendees will come away with ideas for how to implement changes at their institution and datasets that could be helpful as you explore the impacts of your engagement efforts.
