In this workshop, we explore how the World Café model can serve as a transformative tool for community engagement, with a spotlight on the impactful work of the Women + Girls Research Alliance (W+GRA). Discover how the Leadership Café model functions as a research methodology to collect stories, facilitate inter-generational dialogues, address critical issues impacting the lives of women and girls, and identify solutions that contribute to their collective thriving. Join us to learn how the World Café model can be harnessed to create significant, positive change for women and girls, fostering a resilient and thriving community through the power of inter-generational dialogue. Additionally we will discuss how to harness the stories into data to report findings.
