Refund policy
- Until October 3, 2022: 100% refund less $100 processing fee.
- October 4–16, 2022: 50% refund less $100 processing fee.
- October 17–26, 2022: No refunds will be issued.
- In the event CUMU cancels the Annual Conference, CUMU will issue full registration refunds.
- CUMU regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
- Substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference by notifying CUMU via email at info@cumuonline.org.
