CUMU Conference registration includes conference programming, breakfast, lunch, beverage and snack breaks, and receptions as noted on the conference agenda. Additionally, attendees can register for Pre-Conference Workshops and Community Experiences. Learn more about group discounts and refund policy.
Discounts and refund policies
CUMU member group discount: 15% off registration rates when your institution registers 5+ people.
- Registering 5+ people on the same order? During registration, select the 15% Team Discount ticket and the discounted rate will automatically apply.
- Registering 5+ people individually from the same CUMU member institution? Please email info@cumuonline.org for the Team Discount code.
- The discount applies to the registration ticket only and does not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops or Community Experiences.
- The team discount does not apply to otherwise reduced ticket prices.

Discounted rates for students and community partners
Discounted rates may be available for students and community partners. Community partners are community-based, non-profit organizations or groups that work closely with us or our member campuses to advance our shared goals and initiatives. Before registering, contact CUMU headquarters at info@cumuonline.org to see if you qualify for a discount. Please note, the discount applies to the registration ticket only and does not apply to Pre-Conference Workshops or Community Experiences.
Cancellation and refund policies
- Through September 20, 2024: 100% refund less $100 processing fee.
- Beginning September 21, 2024: No refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
- Substitution of registrations are permitted any time prior to the conference by notifying CUMU via email at info@cumuonline.org.
