Tour 1 is along the Syracuse Connective Corridor (led by Connective Corridor Director Linda Dickerson Hartsock with student assistants).
Tour 2 is in the Syracuse Near Westside neighborhood (led by Near Westside Initiative Director Maarten Jacobs with student assistants). Each tour will begin by bus from the host hotel with likely two stops (TBD) along each tour before each tour ends at Syracuse University’s Nancy Cantor Warehouse in downtown Syracuse for brief refreshments. Buses will also run from the host hotel directly to the Nancy Cantor Warehouse for conference attendees not participating in either of the two tours.
Monday, 6-9 p.m.
From the Nancy Cantor Warehouse, each tour group will be escorted on a short walk to the nearby Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology (MOST) in Syracuse’s Armory Square district for a catered evening reception and a brief program featuring speakers from the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation. Buses will be on hand to transport attendees back to the host hotel.
