Is your partnership BUILD ready? The BUILD Health Challenge, a national awards program designed to support community collaborations that work towards social and environmental causes affecting health, has opened up applications for 18 grants to be awarded to communities across the United States. Selected partnerships will earn two-year, $250,000 grants.
BUILD Health Challenge awards will be given to those seeking to address social determinants of health, health disparities, health equity, and upstream approaches to community factors affecting health.
Non-profit community organizations who have assembled partnerships with a hospital or health system, local health department, and nonprofit community organization or coalition of organizations and are forging meaningful improvements in the health of their communities are invited to submit applications. Learn more about the application process and sign up for their application webinar on the BUILD Health Challenge website.
