Presentation Format
The Conference will feature concurrent presentations with Q & A and poster presentations.
Concurrent Presentations
- Individual Presentations should include a 20 minute presentation and a 10 minute Q & A portion. Individual presentations will be grouped topically and will include a moderator.
- Panel Presentations should include 3-5 individuals discussing a specific topic/issue and should allow for a 15-20 minute Q & A session (90 minutes total).
Poster Presentations
- Presenters will be provided with poster stands, click here for specs.
- Allotted poster session time frames will be determined once a list of accepted proposals has been finalized.
- Gives opportunity for casual dialogue and increased time for discussion.
